is more.
The fire on the barbecue grills should be the right temperature as
well. The temperature should probably be somewhere between 145 and
170 degrees Fahrenheit. If you want your meat a little red, cook on
the lower temperatures. If you don’t want to see anything but
dark colors, cooking around 170 is probably better.
But, you should try to not cook the grill on a level that is too
hot. If it is too hot, the outside of the steak will cook quickly,
but the inside will not. This could lead to a disaster if you’ve
spent a lot of money on the meat.
Using a thermometer that sticks into the meat is a good idea. Using
one can help you keep better track of how things are cooking in the
places that you can’t see.
Once the steak is finished, some people prefer to give the steak
a few minutes to “rest.” Doing this allows the juices
to flow and makes the steak that much more tastier.

how clean you keep your barbecue grills. Always brush your grill grate
with something like a stiff wire brush when you want to clean it.
